Dmitry runner what they don't write about. Instant Pathfinder - LiveJournal. How and when did you join the Bite team

“Fifteen years ago, on April 29, 2002, Valery Ivanov, editor-in-chief of Tolyattinskoe Obozreniye, was killed…” my colleague Sergei Melnik recalls on Facebook.

I also remember how, a few months before the murder of Valery Ivanov, I met him.

As a young, aspiring stringer at the Life newspaper, I was investigating some kind of brutal domestic murder. Aleksey Sementsov, editor-in-chief of the Samara issue, liked only truly "yellow" materials, and therefore sent me on that business trip to Tolyatti.

“If something doesn’t work out, go to Valera Ivanov, he will help,” Sementsov admonished me.

I remember that I did it: I found all the heroes of the stabbing, but I could not find a photograph of the deceased. There is nothing to do, you will have to ask for a picture from the Togliatti Review.

It was spring, just as now it was gentle, velvety weather. I went to the editorial office of "TO" and from the threshold made it clear that I would only talk with the editor-in-chief. In response, the Togliatti Review shrugged their shoulders and, I remember, even laughed.

A minute later he came out into the corridor: smiling, simple and easy.

You to me?

I nodded my head.

Well, let's go, - and he opened his office.

Now, of course, it is ridiculous to remember all this. As I tried to bargain with Ivanov, I promised a fee for the photo I needed.

And he continued to smile, carefully studying me. Then he picked up the phone and asked someone to come to his place. A minute later I had the same picture.

Valera was already a legend then and I did not want to leave. I wanted to be as warm, smiling, successful, insightful.

And then they killed him. 15 years have passed, but even we, local journalists, have not understood why Ivanov was taken away from us?

I want to thank Sergey Melnik for reminding us all what a talented journalist and editor worked in Togliatti. He reminded the security forces that they had not solved this contract killing. And then another monstrous crime - the murder of Valery Ivanov's deputy Alexei Sidorov. And now I'm back in Tolyatti. But this time in court, where a completely innocent person is accused. Like, this is the locksmith of "Kuibyshevazot" Yevgeny Maininger so professionally owns sharpening that Alexey, bleeding, died near his entrance.

But the horror continues: Maininger is kept in a cage, although both Sidorov's relatives and colleagues unanimously assure the investigation: "It was not the Kuibyshevazot locksmith who did it."

A low bow to the one who fought for Eugene, defending his innocence. I know that after the experienced nightmare, Meininger left for permanent residence in Germany.

And Valera and Alexei "left" to the Banykinskoye cemetery.

“On April 29, our colleague, Chairman of the Board of Editors of the Togliattinskoe Obozreniye newspaper, Valery Ivanov, was killed. The man, of course, is a professional, who has been a prominent figure in Togliatti journalism for many years.

We consider murder unacceptable, inadmissible as a way to resolve any issues. It is impossible that in our city, as well as in the whole country, life without rules resumes, according to the principle “no person - no problem”. This is unacceptable for a society that considers itself free and democratic.

We hope that the investigation will sort it out and punish the criminals according to their deserts...." - Togliatti editors and journalists wrote in 2002.

Now, when 15 years have passed since the death of Ivanov, I personally don’t hope for anything anymore. Moreover, I am sure that both in Samara and in Togliatti there are non-humans who can order the murder of an editor or a reporter. They don't care what 2017 is outside the window. You can always provoke a journalist by locking him up in a cage for 5-6 years. And the real perpetrators of blackmail, as in the case of journalist Dmitry Begun, are not only left free, but also rewarded with a new project.

Those who are behind the murders of Togliatti journalists; behind the jailing of Samara colleagues: blogger Dmitry Begun and investigative journalist Oleg Ivanets, the region does not need high-quality press. They have enough one-legged propagandists on their territory. The same invalids without principles, mentality and faith, like themselves.

February 25th, 2016

I couldn't get past the discussion of the video of the interrogation of blogger Dmitry Begun, posted by the deputy of the provincial Duma Mikhail Matveev. It was especially interesting to observe how various interested parties began to reshape the meaning of what the blogger said, interpreting his words in their own interests. I tried to understand this situation. I will share with you my observations.

To begin with, let's remember what Begun was arrested for. On October 29, 2015, bloggers Dmitry Begun, Natalya Umyarova and Oleg Ivanets were detained for charge of extortion 1,300,000 rubles from a Samara businessman. The swindlers demanded such a sum for stopping the posting of compromising evidence on their blogs. I remember that even then everyone was surprised at the unrealistic appetites of the enterprising trinity. Given, to put it mildly, the low popularity of these bloggers, in fact, they could be dismissed like annoying flies and not pay attention to their writings. The same Begun, who specializes in Samara regional politics, was read by a very narrow circle of people. There is nothing to say about the rest, their fame was almost zero. However, they were caught red-handed while handing over money.

Why did I decide to recall the essence of the accusation? Look at this video posted by Matveev carefully. Pay attention to the behavior of the Runner. Obviously, these are the first days after the arrest. Dmitry is still trying to be confident and trying to impress the investigator by naming big names and denoting his important role in the processes of the province. Agree, the step is quite understandable. I think he hoped that, having heard all this, the police would not want to get involved with such high-profile names, and the investigator would be imbued with his importance. As in the case with the unrealistically high amount of extortion, here he also tried to go for broke. As far as I heard about Dmitry, the divorce of "suckers" on the verge of a foul has always been his creed. Unfortunately for him, it didn't work here.

Let's go further. Let's now look at the published excerpt from the text of the interrogation.

During interrogation, Dmitry Begun said that the governor of Samara gave an oral order to make Mikhail Matveev a "political corpse" and throw him out of the political life of the province! Note that he does not say that this instruction was given to him. He does not say at all to whom this instruction was given. Is it that Begun was able to "throw out of the political life of the province" a regional deputy? Well, it's crazy! If you carefully reread the text, you get the impression that Dmitry is simply retelling the rumors available on the Internet.

Now we are approaching the accusation of the leadership of the region in ordering the Begun of well-known regional and federal politicians. You just think about it. Well, how can a bum order the murder of class "A" officials? Yes, Begun is well known in the Samara blogosphere and Samara media, but no more. I repeat that, in my opinion, there are about 300 people who visit his journal dozens of times a day. This is its main audience. In my time . Of course, serious information players knew and understood this. What the fuck is the order for Sechin, Neverov and Volodin? Here, it means Navalny with all his shobla, studying accounts, assets, stuffing compra selling dachas, etc. he can’t do anything, which means that our collective farm provincial blocher will write in his blog and that’s it, ales kaput to the sovereign’s people!)) In my opinion, Mikhail Matveev is in vain to hold such hardened politicians who have gone through fires and waters for idiots. For me, the very idea that a serious politician can be run over by a provincial information swindler is generally offensive. To tell you honestly, I would like to see the reaction of the First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation when he is informed about this "order".

Let's now see how our deputy Matveev comments on the payment for the actions of the Runner. "... It follows from the case file that Begun received 12 million rubles in cash for such services, not counting non-cash transfers. The blogger received 500 thousand rubles a month to denigrate some in his publications and keep silent about others ..." Mikhail Nikolayevich, are you serious? Where have you seen officials deal with cash? They run from it like hell from incense! What world do you live in? Readers, as a former BEP officer of the department for combating corruption in the highest echelons of power and management, I explain: In order for an official to receive cash, first the money must be withdrawn, then received, then cashed out, then given back. All this is tedious, costly, long, leaves traces. It's like hanging an ax over your head. problems if the opponent has a bunch of firms, his own media, etc. I think Matveev perfectly understands the absurdity of these assumptions, as well as the impossibility of either confirming them or refuting them, respectively.

Well, as for the huge sums earned by the Begun, it is enough to go to the site for checking the legal debt and drive Dmitry's initials into the columns. What do we see?

It turns out that our "millionaire" has a debt of 785,345 rubles since the beginning of 2014. Well, of course, a person who receives 500,000 a month in cash for two years cannot pay off a debt of 780,000, and therefore is forced to hide from bailiffs, refused to travel abroad, etc. Well, that's complete nonsense!

In conclusion, I will repeat. Dmitry Begun can say whatever he wants. A person under arrest is trying to free himself by any means. This is a very difficult test for the psyche. Yes, by the nature of his work, he communicated with various regional officials and leaders. He leaked information, collected information, consulted, tried to extort his own. He was often seen next to the DB. Do we have those who did not know about his tender friendship with the head of the expert department of the regional government apparatus Artur Gulko? Runner is a classic information swindler, deception and manipulation is his profession. This is known to everyone. So why are they now trying to present his testimony as something serious, as confirmed facts? All this is bad. Ugly...

The Bite running team is our joy and pride! We train together, race together, support each other and set new records.

On the eve of the most important running event of the autumn - the Moscow Marathon - we have prepared a large material about our favorite team. Some of the guys talked about how each of them got into running, why they chose Bite and what you need if you want to take up this sport.

Kolesnikova Katya, 27 years old, developer

I started running 4 years ago. I always liked it and wanted running to become a habit.

I joined the Bite team in June 2017. I saw a post in Instagram and wrote that I want to be part of the team. Then I ran alone, I needed like-minded people.

Running is freedom for me. This is a sport that I can do anywhere. This is a great practice for the brain to get rid of all unnecessary and destructive thoughts in the head. Running has also brought me many people into my life that I wouldn't have met otherwise. Strong and inspiring people.

The Bite team gives me unrealistic moral support and super emotions 🙂

Personally, I did not find such stories, but I was very inspired at the time by the goal of running a marathon in 2 hours. I remember when I first saw the broadcast of the women's marathon - then it seemed crazy to me. And then ... 42 km from 2 hours. Such things teach that our limits are in our heads, but in fact we can do a lot if we work on it.

Try to find a soul mate. The one with whom it will be easier to start. And, of course, try to train regularly, and not just on holidays 🙂

The diet of a runner outside of competition is basically no different from that of a normal person. For myself, over the years I have formulated the following rules:

  • I definitely have breakfast. There is no one option, but if I do not eat in the morning, I will be hungry all day, and as a result I will overeat
  • Eat small portions
  • Every day, 2-3 servings of vegetables are required: it can be just vegetables, salad, stewed vegetables, but without them you can’t
  • Do not eat 2-3 hours before training. This period may seem long to some, but it's perfect for me.
  • I limit sweets. I try to choose dark chocolate, dried fruits, snacks, for example, Bite. From a large amount of sweets, my skin and well-being immediately deteriorate.
  • Sometimes I keep a food diary to analyze my diet. For example, if I start to get tired sharply often or something else.

How and when did you start running?

Three years ago when I quit smoking.

A year ago. I saw a post on Instagram and decided to write. Here I am 🙂

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

Morning runs give me wonderful sunrises and a sense of solitude - I take a break from the city hustle and bustle. The Bite team is a company of versatile and motivated people, and it is these factors that serve to open communication without any limits. First of all, the team gives me inspiration and support.

Tell a short inspiring running story

One day I had a "stupid" idea - to run a marathon. And that was the most inspiring thing that has happened to me since I started running.

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

Put on your running shoes and go for a run.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

Every runner has a different diet. I try to eat less meat and lean on vegetables, fruits and protein foods. But sometimes I can afford something more harmful.

And yes, do not eat apples before the start 🙂

Zavershinskaya Sofia, 26 years old, Internet marketer

How and when did you start running?

At school I ran 100 meters at competitions, and 3 years ago I met a young marathon runner, then as if in a fog. And so it turned.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

More than a year ago, after the April race, I was invited to the team. A colorful race has already passed for me under the name of Bite.

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

I can’t say that running is my whole life, because apart from it I spend a lot of time in the gym. But each race for me is overcoming myself, euphoria at the finish line, liberation from bad thoughts, and supporting the Bite team on the track is a special “stage” that you really look forward to when you run. It gives strength! And yet, we are the first to know about new products and eat delicious snacks!

Tell a short inspiring running story

Probably the most inspiring thing was when I first entered the race, as a spectator and supporter at the Moscow Marathon, before I started running myself. This atmosphere of running, positivity, support, distribution of fives inspired me so much that a year later I ran my first official 10 km at MM.

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

Run not for the sake of records, but for the sake of pleasure in the first place.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

Personally, I eat everything, and I don’t have a special diet. The main thing after running is to eat Bite to restore strength.

Klimensky Alexander, 32 years old, media producer

How and when did you start running?

In 2012, I came to Nike's We Run Moscow, just for fun, I even wore a suit. Before this event, I did not run from school. I really liked the atmosphere of the race. Since then it has dragged on.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

In addition to being a good workout for the whole body and especially the cardiovascular system, running allows you to “reboot your head”, getting rid of unnecessary emotions. The team for me is support, a charge of vivacity on the track and just a fun company with a common interest.

Tell a short inspiring running story

I ran my first marathon in 2015 almost spontaneously, with absolutely no preparation for it, in a spandex suit that covered my entire body and even my face. Came out in less than 4 hours (later I found out that this is a kind of “gold standard” for a beginner). I wanted to check whether it is as hard as many say, it turned out that the devil is not so terrible as he is painted.

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

Start at last.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

The nutrition of any person, not only an athlete, must be balanced. It's not as difficult/expensive as many people think. You just need to do this if you are not indifferent to your own body and the quality of life in general.

My basic principles in nutrition:

  • I try to eat often but in small portions.
  • Drink enough water throughout the day
  • On the eve of big starts, I lean on carbohydrates (so that the body has an energy reserve to complete a difficult task)
  • After training, I have a light snack (just in case, I often take 1-2 Bite with me)

These principles are effective and easy to follow.

Toporova Alena, 22 years old, bank employee

How and when did you start running?

My first run was in July 2016, then I ran a little, slowly, and I didn’t like the word at all 🙂

After that, a lot of time passed, and once I agreed to go for a run for the company. In the evening. In the forest. December. On this day, running opened up to me from a completely different side.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

I joined the Bite team in May of this year, just before the Moscow Half Marathon. I saw a post on Instagram Elena Shifrina about the fact that the Bite team is looking for guys-runners, then I immediately decided that we would become friends 🙂

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

Running gives me freedom. You do not depend on the time of day, or on the weather / season, or on the work schedule. All you need to do is put on your sneakers and go outside.

Running helps me relax. Seriously, this is the only time when you can completely step back from all thoughts and rest your head.

Running gives me confidence. Confidence in yourself and your abilities is important, both in sports and in life.

And most importantly, running gave me wonderful people - the same "runners", and in the Bite team all the guys are simply unreal, communication with them gives positive and motivation!

Tell a short inspiring running story

It is insanely inspiring and empowering when people who are just starting to run or have not run at all tell you that you motivate them. Looking at you, they also walk and run their first 5.10 km. It's priceless.

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

I advise you to start 🙂

I am sure that everyone will definitely find themselves in running. Some will like to run short distances at speed, others will like to run ultra (distance more than 42.2 km) through forests or mountains. But the fact that running will change your life is unequivocal.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

The best thing about runner nutrition is that you can afford to eat whatever you want, but only on the condition that you definitely work it out in training 🙂

But the best thing you can do is eat your favorite Bite with your team after a run!

Maskov Sergey, 27 years old, qualified office plankton

How and when did you start running?

In 2013, he participated in We run Msk from Nike, ran 10 km for more than an hour and already considered himself an athlete, and in 2015 he ran his first Tushino Rise half marathon. It felt like an incredible feat, today I already want to master the ultramarathon and gradually prepare for the Ironman.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

At the beginning of this year, by a happy coincidence, we found each other 🙂

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

When there are more than 60 sporting events a year, and at the same time you go on vacation with friends not to lie on the beach, but to prepare for one of them, then we can safely say that sport is life. The team is an important component, because we prepare together and motivate each other.

Tell a short inspiring running story

All the limitations are in our heads, imposed by someone. You need to believe in yourself, and everything will definitely work out, checked! When I ran no more than 10 km, it seemed to me that a marathon is a distance for athletes who have been running since childhood, it turned out that everything is much simpler. It was enough to decide for myself that I could master such a distance, as a result, it took only 7 months to prepare.

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

We need to start today, and not from Monday, regardless of the weather and other conditions. Then success will chase you, not you.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

Nutrition for a runner is a very important topic, because if you have breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage before the race, you will regret it already on the first kilometer, not even at the fastest pace! Therefore, from me advice: before the start, eat Bite and drink green tea - new records are guaranteed to be. But still do not forget that everything is very individual.

Baulina Daria, 28 years old, economist

How and when did you start running?

I took up running about three years ago when I began to participate in various OCR races. There were no problems with strength indicators then, but the run had to be tightened up. Pulled up and pulled up.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

Has been with the Bite team since about mid-summer. I really like Bite's idea of healthy and convenient snacks, I don't like sports gels, and I always take snacks with me on long runs.

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

I like Team Bite because it's not just about running. The guys will always tell you the answer to any question, share information about the upcoming races, and please you with a funny picture in Telegram. The team is very important to me!

Tell a short inspiring running story

When I run another race, I overcome myself every time, and sometimes it's not so easy. At such moments, I imagine the people who are rooting for me, the team that is standing behind that corner and waiting for me, and strength is noticeably increased. Bonus - the team will always pour some water, and stroke the back, and drag it from the finish line 🙂

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

Advice that I can give to a beginner: it is better to start doing any business and get at least a small, but result, than not start and get nothing.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

I do a lot of sports, I focus on strength exercises, so I eat a lot often and tastefully. I do not eat fast food, sausages and other dumplings, I do not use salt and sauces that are not prepared by me. I adhere to the rules of a healthy diet.

Vasilyeva Olga, 29 years old, works in the field of information technology and information security

How and when did you start running?

Let's just say, I started running high 4 years ago. The moment when running became not an obligation or a hard workout, but an occupation for the soul. I think the development of mass races, where such an unreal atmosphere of positivity and unity reigns, has greatly contributed, that it energizes and inspires to go for a run.

How and when did you join the Bite team?

I have been friends with Bite for several years, being a devoted fan of snacks 🙂 Therefore, I always follow the news on my Instagram page, and this spring I saw a post about the running team and, of course, wrote without hesitation.

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

Today, running for me is a vacation, a way to escape from the daily race of the big city. No matter how difficult the distance or how intense the training was, after that I am always full of strength and energy. And no negative thoughts in my head!

And running in the company of Bite-runners is like a cherry on the cake - our joint runs are always sincere and fun (only boomerangs are worth it!), the support group at the races motivates you to run and not give up. And in general, our communication has already gone beyond the cross-country. Our team is not just a running team, but a team of friends!

Tell a short inspiring running story

Running opens horizons! In the literal and figurative sense. Now there are a lot of races around the world, so you can combine business with pleasure - both traveling and running. I was lucky enough to take part in the race in Tanzania, in a remote village where you can meet an antelope running on the road or see elephants a hundred meters away. Wildlife, stunning scenery - it was worth it!

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

As the saying goes, if you don't know what to do, do something. This principle also applies to running. Start with 500 meters and build up little by little. In the process, like-minded friends will appear, understanding of sneakers, equipment, necessary exercises for technique. The main thing here is to run regularly, but do not overdo it - listen to yourself and enjoy the process!

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

Despite the fact that this question is extremely individual, the basic rule is that the body must receive enough energy and nutrients, and this does not mean at all that if you run a lot, you can eat anything and everything, including not very healthy ones.

Understanding what suits you comes with experience. For me, this is the principle “the simpler the better”. Simple food is easier to digest and gives a certain lightness. For example, my most noble breakfast before a race is oatmeal with water and a banana. Of course, I can’t say that I always eat right, but I strive to eat “cleaner”. By the way, Bite often save me from overeating sweets 🙂

Dolzhenko Oksana, 28 years old, PR-manager

How and when did you start running?

She started running at school at the age of 12. At the same age, she became interested in athletics. My first coach came to school looking for promising guys in his group, and tried to lure me into the stadium as a potential sprinter. I hid from him in the toilet at breaks, because I knew that I could not resist and start studying, and my parents forbade it - at that time the priority was placed in the direction of the music school. But one day I caught the eye of the coach, and a week later I was leaving the house for the stadium with sneakers behind my back, telling my parents that I was going to the music room for a rehearsal. And so began my love of running! 🙂

How and when did you join the Bite team?

I have been on the running team since this spring. Initially, I wanted to join the PR team of BioFoodLab, sent a resume, but at that time there was no suitable vacancy. I could not stop and found another way - to be closer to my favorite product through running.

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

For me, running is at the same time an opportunity to reboot to the fullest from the current working household chores, and load yourself with goals, upon achieving which you become a little better for yourself! And, of course, the sensations of the body after jogging bring inner pleasure!

Our #runandbite team is a young, cheerful, energetic team that fully reflects my attitude to life! And yet, realizing that you are a member of a team that supports such large-scale events as the Moscow Marathon, it takes my breath away!

Tell a short inspiring running story

A year and a half ago, I started training and once invited my colleague to a lesson, who was afraid to start running, but really wanted to try (note: a designer, a fan of being in a creative state on the couch). He assured me that he was hopeless and after 200 meters on the path his forces would leave, and he would lie somewhere under a tree and wait for the others. At the first training session after a good warm-up, he ran his first 600 meters, and after 5 months of training he was already running 5 km with acceleration on the last kilometer.

The moral is this: everything is possible if you have a desire and a goal!

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

Here it is difficult to meet a couple of proposals. The main thing is to start, preferably in the company of people who can motivate you and tell you how to start the running path correctly.

You need to start calmly, not chasing kilometers. You can run 500 meters - well, run 500 first, then walk a little and run some more. It is important to gradually increase the volume and do not forget to knead the joints - especially for beginners!

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

I can't say that a runner's diet is different from a non-runner. If only during a period of intense exercise you need more long carbohydrates.

I don’t eat red meat, sausages, sausages and other related products, not for the sake of fashion, but simply because at some point I realized that it’s hard for me, not tasty, fatty and I don’t feel any benefit from them for myself. For my pleasure: salad with tomatoes, quinoa, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds, buckwheat, chickpeas, fish. For some, this may seem like a problem, but for me it is already a familiar diet.

Filina Elena, 30 years old, PR-manager

How and when did you start running?

I fell in love with running when I was in school. In physical education classes, she loved hundred meters, always chose a strong opponent and ran with all her might. Mom was the main fan, shouting from the balcony “Lena, come on, run!” How can you not run?

True, only now I began to realize how important it is to run correctly, they didn’t teach us this at school, everyone ran as best they could. Maybe that's why so many people don't like to run. After graduating from school, she began to run less often, mostly only in the summer.

Last year, in May, we registered with colleagues for the Moscow Half Marathon, ran a distance of 5 km, then looked at the half marathon runners and could not even imagine that in a year we would be among them. Active preparation began in March. Regular training was not in vain - I ran the Half Marathon on May 20, 2018 in 1 hour 52 minutes. For me it was a great result. The plans are a marathon distance, now it is impossible to stop 🙂

How and when did you join the Bite team?

I have known Bite for a long time. This is my favorite snack at work. I am subscribed to Bite on social networks, I constantly follow the news and updates. Once I saw a post about the guys assembling a team. I wrote a short story about myself, my sports hobbies and achievements and sent it. In July, I was accepted into the team!

What gives you running and the fact that you are a member of the Bite team?

Running is energizing, inspiring and relaxing at the same time. When I run, cool ideas, new projects can be born in my head. And, of course, regular exercises reshape the body, it changes, becomes toned, acquires the correct proportions and beautiful lines.

Running alone is good, but being a team of a cool project is even better. Bite is a team of like-minded people who are 100% runners 🙂

Tell a short inspiring running story

I don't know how inspiring she is. Just recently, I was in such a hurry for Saturday training that I forgot my shorts at home, I had to run in a dress 🙂 It is important to set a goal and move towards it, and it doesn’t matter what others think!

Advice you can give to anyone who would like to start running

You definitely shouldn't start running just because it's fashionable. You have to love running and enjoy it.

Runner nutrition - what is it? Tell us about your basic principles of nutrition

The main principle is to listen to your body. Of course, I did not discover America, but this is the truth. It's all so individual. I try not to deny myself anything, my eating habits have already formed quite well, I eat often, but in small portions. Every day I start with a glass of warm water, and I also love spinach, I eat it in all forms.

But I have a weakness - at night I wake up and I want sweets. At such moments, Bite helps me a lot, it replaces my favorite sweets 🙂

Well, are you already looking for sneakers to go for a run? We always have a uniform with us, because we are preparing for the main race of this autumn - the Absolute Moscow Marathon!

Tomorrow, the Bite fan team will be waiting for you at 32, Frunzenskaya Embankment. Come support the runners at our support zone, it will be loud and fun! And if you run a marathon or 10 km tomorrow, run up to hug and give "five"!

If you are fond of running, then we can assume that most likely, on this topic, you have already reviewed all the films, read most of the books, inspiring stories and interviews. But there is another equally fascinating and interesting world where you can learn a lot of useful information - the world of blogging. If for some reason you are not familiar with it, then immediately fix it.

We invite you to get acquainted with the most popular and interesting blogs about running in Runet.
